Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how DOVYX (“DOVYX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you use our website, Telegram Mini App, and mobile apps. It describes what we do today. Where a feature is prepared but not turned on for users, we say so clearly.
1. Who we are
The DOVYX service is operated by HUNTER BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİ İNŞAAT OTOMOTİV SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (the “Operator”).
Address: Şuburcu Mah., Yıldız Sk., Öz Tekin İş No: 1A, İç Kapı No: 15, Oğuzeli / Gaziantep, Türkiye
Privacy contact: info@dovyx.app
2. What this policy covers
This policy applies when you use:
- the DOVYX website (including dovyx.app);
- the DOVYX Telegram Mini App, where available; and
- the DOVYX mobile apps for Android or iOS, where available.
These clients share one DOVYX account and backend. This policy does not control third-party products we do not operate (for example Telegram itself, Apple, Google, or Sumsub’s own websites). Those services have their own terms and privacy notices.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you give us
- Account: username, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), and your DOVYX ID.
- Profile: display name, avatar choice, bio, language, and privacy settings you choose.
- Messages and support: community posts and emails you send to us.
- Referrals: referral codes you use or share.
- Withdrawal details (only if withdrawals are available to you): network and destination address you submit. Real withdrawals and payouts may be turned off even if the product UI exists.
3.2 Information from using DOVYX
- Sign-in and security: session cookies on the web, related security tokens, whether you use web, mobile, or Telegram, and security events such as sign-in, sign-out, password changes, and email verification.
- Product activity: predictions, match and settlement records, wallet and transaction history, campaign participation, referral links, and in-app notifications.
- Service logs: technical records used to run and protect the service (for example request identifiers and error details). We design our systems so passwords and session secrets are not written into ordinary logs.
- Push notifications: if you use a mobile app build that registers for push alerts, a device push token may be stored so we can send those alerts.
3.3 Information from others
- Telegram: if you open or link DOVYX through Telegram, we receive the Telegram identity data needed to verify the Mini App session and link it to your DOVYX account.
- Email delivery: our email provider processes the email address and message content needed to send verification, password-reset, and similar service emails.
- Identity verification providers: if identity verification is turned on and you start it, we receive status and reference information from the provider (see Section 8).
Market prices and charts (for example BTC) are obtained by our systems from external market-data sources for display and settlement. That process retrieves market prices; it is not used to send your account profile to those market-data services.
4. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- create and secure your account, verify your email, and reset passwords;
- run predictions, matching, settlement results, and wallet records;
- provide referrals, campaigns, profiles, leaderboards, and achievements;
- operate community channels and moderation;
- send service messages (in-app and, where configured, email, mobile push, or Telegram);
- protect the platform (fraud and abuse prevention, rate limits, audits);
- investigate problems and improve reliability; and
- run identity verification and related eligibility checks when those features are enabled for users.
Using DOVYX or accepting this policy is not treated as consent to every possible use of your data. Where a law requires a separate consent for a specific activity, we (or the relevant provider) will ask for it in that flow.
5. Lawful bases
Where data-protection laws such as the EU or UK GDPR apply, we rely on the following bases for the purposes below. This is an explanation of our approach, not a legal certification.
- Contract: creating and signing you in; providing predictions, wallet records, referrals, campaigns, community, and other features you choose to use; sending essential service emails (verification, password reset).
- Legitimate interests: securing the service, preventing abuse, operating moderation and internal audits, keeping reliable logs, and improving stability—balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligation: only where a specific law requires us to keep or disclose information. We do not claim a general “legal obligation” for every record we hold.
- Consent: where we ask for it and where the law requires it (for example certain optional notifications or provider-specific biometric steps). You can withdraw that consent without affecting processing that rests on another basis.
6. Public profile and community
Depending on your privacy settings, other users may see parts of your profile (such as username, display name, avatar, bio, and some play statistics) on public profile pages and leaderboards. Messages you post in community groups are visible to other members of those groups and may be reviewed by moderators. Other players’ identifiers may appear in prediction-related screens according to how the product is designed. You can change available privacy settings in Settings.
8. Identity verification
DOVYX can support identity verification through a specialist provider. In production, identity verification is often left turned off until we approve a go-live. We have prepared an integration with Sumsub (Sum and Substance Ltd. and related Sumsub companies). That integration is not described here as a live production service for all users.
If Sumsub verification is enabled for your account and you choose to verify:
- you complete the check in Sumsub’s flow in the browser (for example via Sumsub’s WebSDK on our KYC page);
- our systems create or look up a Sumsub applicant linked to your account and issue a short-lived access token so the WebSDK can run;
- Sumsub processes identity information under Sumsub’s notices, including the Sumsub Privacy Notice (Service Delivery) and the Sumsub Privacy Hub;
- DOVYX stores verification status, provider reference identifiers, and related operational metadata needed for eligibility and audit. Our inspected account and webhook records are designed around status and reference fields—not image-file columns for identity documents. Document capture in the prepared WebSDK flow is handled through Sumsub’s interface; DOVYX does not expose a separate document-upload API for ID images in this integration.
Test or sandbox checks may not unlock real withdrawals. Our operators may review provider status results as part of risk and support processes when verification is in use.
9. International transfers
Because DOVYX and the providers we use operate online, your information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live. Those countries may have different privacy laws. We have not published a verified list of hosting regions or transfer contracts in our product documentation, so this policy does not claim specific locations or safeguards beyond asking you to contact us for current details:
10. How long we keep information
We keep personal information while it is needed for the purposes in this policy, including operating your account, security, disputes, and financial records.
- Account profile and credentials are kept while the account exists. This policy does not describe an automatic full-account deletion job.
- Wallet, ledger, match, settlement, deposit, and withdrawal records are retained as operational and accounting records. Our optional cleanup job is written so that it does not delete those financial evidence tables.
- Optional cleanup job (off by default in software configuration): when enabled, it may delete (a) expired or revoked sessions older than 7 days, (b) published delivery bookkeeping older than 14 days, (c) read in-app notifications older than 90 days, and (d) unread in-app notifications older than 365 days. Those day counts are the implemented defaults in our configuration schema; whether the job is enabled in a given live environment is separately configured and is not asserted here as proven production practice.
- Market price snapshots used as round evidence are retained under an archive-oriented rule and are not deleted by that cleanup job.
For questions about your account, email info@dovyx.app.
12. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain information, to object to some processing, to receive a portable copy where applicable, to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and to complain to a data-protection authority.
To make a request, email info@dovyx.app preferably from the email address on your account. We may need to confirm it is you before we act. Some financial records may need to be kept even if other account data can be limited or deleted.
13. Automated processing and human review
Many product steps run automatically in our systems—for example matching predictions, calculating settlement results and fees, applying eligibility rules, sending notifications, and enforcing rate limits. People on our team may review community reports, support requests, reconciliation alerts, and withdrawal requests when those workflows are in use. Identity verification outcomes from a provider may also be reviewed by staff when needed for risk or support.
14. Security
We use safeguards appropriate to a consumer internet service, including hashed passwords, protected web sessions, protections against cross-site request forgery, access controls for operator tools, rate limiting, and HTTPS on our public sites. No online service can promise perfect security.
15. Children
DOVYX is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has given us personal information, contact info@dovyx.app.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and post the new version on this page. We may also provide an extra notice in the product or by email when appropriate. Please review this page when you use DOVYX.
